We had this one by itself (not in a flight with other tequilas) and we liked it a lot. It’s a very delicate tequila with a light, smokey taste. Still very much a tequila as well, with a nice bit of agave flavor. We thought that this might be a good beginner tequila as well, because it has very little heat and because it’s so delicate – the only drawback is the price. This tequila would’ve made the Best Reposado list had it been a little cheaper. If you’re going to spend $90 on a bottle, we recommend getting Casa Noble Anejo, or Don Julio 1942.
